The affected products were distributed in the United States and may have been sold at retail stores nationwide. Reason for the Recall
The recall was initiated after glass fragments were discovered inside some of the bottled Frappuccinos. Ingesting glass can pose a serious health risk, causing cuts or lacerations to the mouth, throat, or digestive tract.

Consumers who have purchased the affected Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccino bottles are advised to dispose of them immediately. They should not consume the drink or handle the glass fragments.
